Key Return Details
Return Window: 14 days from the delivery date.
Refund Processing Time: Up to 10 days after we receive your return.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Restocking Fees: None.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges.
Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date. To qualify, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags still attached. Returns requested outside of this 30-day window will not be accepted. All returns are subject to our Terms of Service.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Reach Out to Our Support Team Send an email to support@dalvano.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond with a return form request for images of product to verify the item has been unaltered in any way.
2. Pack Your Items Securely package the items you're returning, making sure they are in their original, unworn condition with tags intact. Place the completed return form inside the package before sealing it.
3. Send Your Package Ship your return to the address provided using a trackable shipping method. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Issuance Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within up to 10 days. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
Important Notes
Non-Returnable Items: We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration.
Exchanges: Interested in swapping your item for something else? Get in touch with our support team at support@dalvano.com and we'll be happy to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at support@dalvano.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We'll take care of it quickly and at no additional cost to you.
